Arcaii's Clan

Within the quieter and cooler part of the endless woods of the Gladekeeper, a massive, empty hall lies under the ground, hidden by several magic doors. This place is open to all, but seems to attract individuals who need somewhere to hide or perform their shady business. Stray dragons often lodge here for a short time before wandering off to continue whatever journey they're set on, and many visitors are former tenants.

The Burrows is a place haunted by tragedy and bad luck. Originally from the Ashfall Waste, it was once a strong Clan led by a dragon named Thistle. Repeated assaults from the BeastClans (including a casualty-heavy attack from the Serthis) drove them into hiding in their own home, before they fled to the Viridian Labyrinth. Here, the infighting that had always plagued them came to a head, and the in the month of the Gladekeeper, the Clan lost over half its members (including their leader) in what is only known as "the May Incident". Thistle's assistants, Lancir and Banjo, took over, but with many members taking to traveling to escape the gloominess of home, the Clan slowly crumbled until all that was left were a few nostalgic stragglers. Nowadays, the name "Burrows" is attributed to the actual lair itself, rather than a group.




Note: the dragons in the lair are not exclusive to the Burrows. Most are just visitors to the inn.
