The Berostyx Clan
The coral here is rooted deep into the marrow of a gargantuan beast, left behind from an ancient battle long forgotten by the world above. The great beast has become a reef now, his talons still clutching at his prize; a ship with its sails still hanging, though long wieghted by water and age. On Her side is the name Kerberos in silver-gilt letters barely tarnished by the years. She seems ready to sail free of her captor, but the coral of "Stryx's" talons hold Her fast yet. An ancient battle frozen in time by the Tidelord himself, a worthy charge for any Guardian.
Eris was still a hatchling when she found the place, perhaps she was born to the Fishspine, no one doubts her affinity with the 'Spine's lost history, artifacts; and it's drowned spirits. The Matriarch and Warlord of the Berostryx Clan was here so long as anyone knows, and she speaks frequently with the wraiths still working the ringing of her Charge. The old Captain, they say, is where she learned her art; War coming to her from the mouths of forgotten generals and commodores. When her mate arrived with the beginnings of the Berostyx Eris challenged him, and became his Charge for her unyielding spirit and fearless courage.
Pluto and Eris have been inseparable since, having made their den in the old ship Kerberos and carving out their lair beneath the huge skeleton-beast that had brought it down. Kerberos and "Styx" forming the first lines of defense for their growing clan.
