Refugees from the Lightweaver's domain, living by a tiny oasis on the southern border of the Hewn City.
After their winter lair on the edge of the Tangled Wood was destroyed by the rampaging Emperor in that region with no aid given by the Lightweaver, despite many casualties, a portion of the Stoneprism dragons defected to the desert land of their former longtime enemies. They feel abandoned by their god and so have put the welfare of family over ancient ties of loyalty.
A remnant of the clan remains in Light territory, tending their temple to the Lightweaver and its imprisoned Oracle, hoping that one day the bright eye of their deity will turn toward them again.

I'm very glad that Ssanghwa went to a loving home! He's actually the firstso far to not be exalted.. sort of sad, because my pair produces very unique dragons. I'm glad you can appreciate him! :D
