This a lair of the Arcanist. The dragons here are led by a strange coatl female, one they call the Queen Empress. She's a bit of an oddball, living in the medicine cabinet above the Arcanist's sink, while the rest of her lair lives on, in and around the sink and the towel rack. Few ever see her, but her lair is populated by dragons she's either bred, made or somehow lured in without ever leaving her shuttered cabinet.
The lair is full of her experiments, beware entering, because once you climb up onto the sink, you might not be the same dragon you once were when you climb back down again.
