Fundamentally important to their community is a royal lineage endowed with the gift of controlling lightning itself. This extraordinary power allows the royals to harness storms, then manipulate the electricity to energize inventions, illuminate the city, and even as a fighting tactic. At the centre of the city lies a prestigious academy dedicated to training young dragons from various Flights to unleash their creativity. Only recently has the clan languished in division, grappling with the dispute over whether the Crown Prince is fit to govern, leading to a decline in support for the royal family and the council.
