Dawning Delta Alliance

LORE
As the name would suggest the Dawning Delta Alliance is three clans functioning as one. Each group has their own specialties and core principles but they come together for the preservation of Life.

Verdant Fen is the oldest of the clans, when the progenitors first hatched they found safety in the undergrowth deep in the trees. The Crown was the second clan to take up residence, while the larger dragons enjoyed the forest floor smaller breeds found safety in the tall canopy layer. Prismatic Reef is the newest of the clans, the rivers surrounding the Fen weren't suited to hosting many dragons as more aquatic breeds moved in so expansion into the bay spawned another clan.

The three clans regularly come together to discuss problems, quite the sight to see a veilspun trying to hold a conversation with a sandsurge. They share equal work in feeding their members, defending their territory, and other tasks. Despite their varied elements the entire Alliance follows the Gladekeeper & are quite active in training dragons to support her.

Dragons of all shapes and sizes are welcome in the Alliance, as long as they support the protection of life & can work within one of the clans. Through the Riparian Sprouts program the Alliance seeks to spread their ideals of protecting flora & fauna to all the Flights.

CLANS

VERDANT FEN GUILD
The Fen is home to many Gaolers & some eclectic Aberrations. The progenitors take residence here with Flora and her partner Sacred being the clan's leaders. Dragons here make their homes in complex underground dens, they've developed unique ways to keep the water of the marshland out. They are proficient hunters, bringing in most of the Alliance's meat to keep all the carnivores fed.

FLOWERING CROWN COLONY
The Crown hosts many Veilspun & Everlux alongside a few Auraboa & Aethers. Like most insect breeds they're matriarchal, though they use a 3 member council of Juniper, Kima, and Shea. Their dense canopy is woven with nests in all shapes, colors, and materials. These dragons work in tandem with local pollinators & insects to bring the Alliance many insects & fruits for all the vegetarians and smaller insectivores.

PRISMATIC REEF TRIBE
The Reef is home to primarily Undertides but also many Sandsurges who have found they have an affinity to swimming. Clean leaders are a wip. Members of the tribe have taken skills from the Maren to build their dens, most create woven structures anchored to the sea floor that can sway in the tide. Naturally these dragons are amazing fishers and share their catch with the other clans for any non aquatic pescatarians.
