The congregation is an insular, largely feral clan of dragons that have taken control of a watering hole within the Scarred Wasteland. Split between amphibious ambush predators and terrestrial pack hunters, their territory is both an oasis and a killing ground for many other beings. Neighboring clans and traveling dragons are encouraged to be wary--- the congregation's hunting strategies have been wildly successful, and their population is only growing. It will not be long before their territory needs to expand to support them.
