Clan Evirida
The empty and vast desert plains of the Shifting Expanse are home to Clan Evirida. A clan of mercenaries, soldiers, and citizens alike camp at the edge of the Highland scrub. Evirida has a strict hierarchy of power, with 1 leader, 11 council members, the Evi Milita, and the citizens. Originally a small trading post for the other elements to meet, it has now become a bustling town with dragons from every element- along with one council member for every element.

The Council
The council are the leader's advisers as well as the voice of the people- specifically their element. There is one council member for each of the elements, and they protect and control their power and dragons with great heart and faith.
Each council member also oversees one aspect of the clan. These are:
- Fire: Battle training/supplies
- Water: Medical supplies/doctors
- Earth: Construction
- Wind: Imports/exports
- Nature: Food
- Ice: Treasury
- Shadow: Potions/making of medicines
- Light: Economy
- Lightning: Housing/citizens wellbeing
- Arcane: Academics
- Plague: Mail/delivery

Evi Milita
The sworn protectors of Evirida. Apprentices train for 1-3 years depending on role and/or skill level. They were respected among citizens until the recent protest- resulting in innocent citizens being arrested.

<< Clan Evirida has also become a training center for other Evi Milita and the SS (or Source Soldiers). Source Soldiers are higher up in the non-official ranks and guard the capital and city of the Shifting Expanse. The training area consists of a large arena, training dummies, and a few small classrooms.
<< Major imports into Evirida include metal, construction materials, and edibles. Some exports include spices, artisan items, cloth, wool, and gold

<< There was a recent riot between the citizens and the Evi Milita. Shortages of food caused dragons to question the higher ranks. Rumors spread that ____ (the nature council member) was storing food to sell to other clans and tribes- specifically a bandit camp close by. This angered other dragons, causing them to light all of the nearby trees on fire in protest.This has not been denied nor confirmed but tensions are still high.
