I'm so sorry that I never responded to your question! Without genes or a double or tripe colour, a starter breed (fae, tundra, mirror, guardian) usually don't go for more than exalt fodder price. That's about 6 -9k treasure.

There should be a thing just under your clan title that allows you to change it. You just have to click on it.
