While Plague as a flight has always made survival under harsh conditions a proud virtue of theirs, the clan of Mercy was founded on this tenet. Lead by a harsh and cruel leader who calls herself Carrion, Mercy is dedicated to the ways of the first dragons, trading luxury and complacency for glory.

While relatively unstructured, especially compared to their neighbors, no member of Mercy goes without contributing to their clanmates. Whether it be the noble pursuit of hunting and trophy collecting from the various threats that wander the Scarred Wasteland or simple history recollection and storytelling, no contribution goes unnoticed or wasted. Hatchlings are taught to learn from every experience, even painful ones - suffering is simply a lesson that must be endured, learned the hard way. There is no shame to be had in weakness, as it offers the chance to grow stronger.

Many who come to Mercy do so out of necessity, but those who stay find that their pain lead them to a new home. Even temporary visitors leave knowing that they would not be where they are now if not for their ill fate, for better or for worse.
