Hidden deep in the Tangled Woods
is a huge oak tree, whose knarled branches
reach to skies and knotted roots stretch
far away. Among the giant roots of the tree
is the mouth of a cave. This cave reaches
down into the depths of the earth, ending
in a colossal cavern. Branching away from
this cavern are thousands of smaller tunnels.
The only light down there comes from dim
lanterns and glowshroom. The dragons who
live here have memorized every nook and
cranny of every tunnel and crevice and can
navigate through the dark without a thought.
