_{Located near an abandoned fishing port, a clan of ghosts thrives. Brought together by an odd means, this ragtag flotsam of spirits have banded. Some want to pass on to the afterlife, while others are content to carry on as they were. Fewer still believe that they are still alive and breathing. Led by the oldest spirit, Gizel, they form a loose hierachy and it is said that the one they answer to isn't the Tidelord as is usually expected of most Water Clans, but something else entirely.
