Yeah I think we can count items at LAH (Lowest Auction House Price) so for ex, the cheapest Poison is at 340g on the AH right now, so that would be 340 tickets!
Oh and I forgot to ask, what should the price for the tickets be? Maybe 1kt/g per ticket and maybe some item trades for tickets as well? (For ex: 1 egg = 300 tickets)
