The nomadic clans of the wasteland gather regularly at the subterranean Hellwell Undercroft to share their victories, failings, and strategies in their journeys of survival. It is within these dank chambers that they also rotate the leadership roles that loosely govern the region. While plague clans prefer to remain staunchly independent of one another, they recognize that they are surrounded by five adversaries and are ready to fall back on critical alliances should an all-out war beset their borders.
