Note to staff and admin: inkydaocto and WindyPalace are my irl best friends. We often play together. FallemPetals is my sister and hello7637862837 is inkydaocto's brother.

I will not exalt a dragon unless it was bred in my lair or I have gained permission from the previous owner. I will not exalt any dragons I have received as a gift or adopted. (unless gained permission)

Thank you very much!! I believe I got Betan through a trade for a Dappervolk pet, I am not sure how much the previous owner paid for them however. :'D
