sorry, i misread your question! it goes up less without leveling, but it's my policy to return dragons at the price i'd get if i leveled them.
it does. because there's a dominance battle going on right now, the fighting flights are paying much higher for dragons than they actually get from exalting them; that's the asking price for a level 5 i have access to right now.

Sorry! The lowest I could go is 20g or 20kT. There's a dominance battle going on so dragon prices, especially for levelled dragons, are much higher than usual.
