A maginficantly bearded Fae flutters up, royal body with silver wings. He is dressed in the ornate manner of a wizard, and yet you suspect this is not a costume. He snaps his fingers and you hear the wind mournfully whisper, "riot or rot..."

With a crate full of items that the dragon doesn't even know what to do with, she still pushes forward going from clan to clan. "RIOT OR ROT!" is the phrase that echoes.
