As wealth becomes the dominant factor in the Arcane land, it's likely that the rich will claim larger sections of land for themselves, leaving the less affluent dragons to live in subpar conditions and scavenge for resources.

This disparity in wealth often results in dragons with more money developing a superiority complex and treating those with less wealth as inferior beings. They may resort to violence, theft, and even murder to maintain their perceived dominance.

The less privileged dragons are often pushed out of their territories and forced to relocate elsewhere. This leads to the formation of gangs, as dragons of the similar socioeconomic status band together to claim and defend their territory. Once every Blood Moon, these gangs engage in battles to control the land. The rules of engagement are simple: no crossing into another gang's territory, fights are to be fought claw to claw with no magic, and losing a battle means forfeiting territory ownership to the victor.
