Dragons who seek to study under the Arcanist often do so in pursuit of knowledge about the world under their feet. Clans have dedicated their lives to the study of the ley lines that cross through all of Sornieth, or the vast variety of flora and fauna present throughout the region. Others choose to look up, to the vast sky above them- studying constellations, mapping the night and finding patterns in the stars.
Xenoterra has chosen both paths.
Some dragons of the clan have vast knowledge on the natural world; oceanographers map the seas and have mastered the tides, naturalists have figured out a classification for every plant they come across. Others have devoted themselves to the sky, becoming diurnal or even nocturnal in order to study the movements of the planets and stars throughout the night. Through knowledge of both the land beneath them and the stars above them, the dragons of Xenoterra aim to find what no one has found before- signs of life, out there in the stars.
