WELCOME TO PROJECT ESCE, where you have been assigned the honor of being selected to become a part of something truly innovative. The Stormcatcher finds a place for every employee, and you are no different.

Esce Employees are assigned into five departments, with a chief overseeing each respective group:

Research - those whose work involves the laboratories, have the highest level of clearance after the project chiefs (may be given temporary permission to access other labs and compounds if necessary for their pursuits, but they generally remain in their respective workspaces otherwise)

Maintenance - dragons who maintain the Project's operations, keep an account of inventory, oversee the health and status of their fellow dragons, and dictate tasks for the other employees on a weekly basis

Security - ensure the safety and integrity of the Project. Patrol the surrounding canyon, acompany any dragons sent out to other flights to gather items, guard the entryways and exits of various locations within the Project lair

Engineers - specialize in the construction or upkeep of the Project’s equipment and structures, design and develop new structures or machinery as needed. Often work closely with different departments (such as installing security measures in labratories, erecting spires or conduits to channel energies for the researchers, terraforming the canyon to expand space for inventory or arriving employees)

Outfliers - the smallest department, employees routinely sent on solo missions to out-of-flight territories to gather external information or resources and are often gone for weeks at a time. Employees may be temporarily reassigned from other departments and sent on shorter outflier missions on a case-by-case basis
