Morning! If you mean Dominance, that's based on each flight's exalted dragons. The flight that exalts the most dragons basically gets first place. if your flight is in one of the top three, you get bonuses according to which place your flight's in
when you go to view your lair, click the gear thing and then the button that says "+slots." it costs treasure tho, and the amount increases every time
