General location of the clan
The Clan of Oceans is a home for misfits. Any dragon who is lost and seeking a home may seek refuge here, whether that be for a few days or for the rest of their lives. As a clan on the outskirts of the Shoredeep Presage, often dragons will stop to rest before continuing on their quest to find Water's lost deity or to fruitlessly swim the silent divining tunnels.
The clan is ruled by its monarch, Prince, however she is more of a ceremonial leader. She welcomes new members of the clan and ensures that everyone lives in harmony.
Siro and Dory work together to cast water-breathing spells over every member of the clan, allowing non-Water dragons to live in the Sea of a Thousand Currents. Siro's magic is Shadow-aligned, but Dory helps him to focus it and turns it into Water-aligned magic.
