Hail, wanderer—welcome to the Caelbloom Roost! Whatever winds brought you here, however long you choose to stay, we hope you find your time here to be worthwhile.

Created by Gale and Squall as a haven for those of a similar wayward soul, the Caelbloom Roost opens its gates to all who prove themse... well, really, Gale lets just about anyone in. Caelbloom is meant to be whatever its visitors needs it to be, whether it is a mere stop on their journey, a hub to meet like-minded spirits, another home they have found, or that place that they can always return to between their travels.

To serve everyone, Caelbloom has no shortage of amenities! From inns to antique stores to libraries, you can probably find someone who's got something you're looking for. The clan's centremost monument, the Spire, stands as both inviting beacon and protective watchtower, whose crystal finial casts a convenient enchantment normalizing the sizes of all dragons within its radius. It really helps the clan maintain its "open-to-all" approach... especially as the once-motley clan has grown rather lively over the years. The Windswept—as the residents have dubbed themselves—have built up quite the bustling oceanside town, imbued with their own brand of a unique "omnium gatherum" flavor.

Though by no means a rule of any sort, it has become a tradition of sorts for new Windswept to choose a name in the style of the clan. Most use these as their new names entirely, but others may choose to use it more like an alias or code-name of sorts. A dragon deciding to choose a name is a matter of (inordinate) jubilation, followed by a great deal of deliberation and (mandatory) community input and celebration. For such a sundry of misfits, the clan is unusually tight-knit and (frighteningly) quick to welcome fledgling members.

Caelbloom is no warrior clan, nor does it demand any service of its residents, but its roster of battle-ready members has grown strangely robust... Perhaps there is a simple explanation for this. After all, Gale's sworn charge is all Windswept near and far, and she and Squall are ever the noble-hearted types. When not battling stacks of administrative work, they are out battling evil and malice wherever they can, and welcome fellow Windswept who are willing and able to join the cause.

[ my lore is very dum... its structure is heavily inspired by the Halidom from Dragalia Lost! just a bunch of chaotic losers and clowns hanging out together :)))
