LORE
Once a bustling and lively forge in the Firelands, terrible tragedy struck the community, forcing many to move and many more to be lost. Records of the Forge are nonexistent to civilian minds; however, a strange band of nomads may have the key to revitalizing such. The Scarred Wasteland is not the most habitable area of the Wastelands, and few would call it home willingly. Despite such, there is a small research team in the area, following erratic subjects known simply as "Withered;" dragons of whom have contracted a mysterious and perhaps ancient illness. Little is properly known about the ailment, though many seem to bare its symptoms- some worse than others. Just below the gatherings of researchers and infected, the ground seems to surge and shift on occasion. None are too certain what the phenomena means, though certain folk on a fading boat would say it's an ill omen. Only time will be certain, as Time Itself weathers away all in the end. | ~~~~~~ |
