The Leader of our clan is the Mighty but Beautiful Fae Dragon River.
The Alkien Clan was founded by River for the ones that are lost, without family, or had to leave their old homes or one reason or another. The element that those that came to The Alkien looking for a family never matters to River, the only thing that does matter to her is that those that come looking for a family here are willing to do their part to keep the family safe.
