Crammed amongst the sparking wires, humming cylinders, and shining copper spires lives a bustling town - though it may not look like much on the outside. The harsh sun, sandstorms, and humid winds blown in from the Sea of a Thousand Currents make a normal town next to impossible to create, so in order to survive, they have adapted. Tunneling deep into the side of the Wiretangle Mesa, they now live in the artificial caverns, though structures such as a small town on at the foot of the mesa and a well-shielded garden at the top serve to support the community.

Tenspire City is not a city, but a clan. However, the clan is not a clan of family, but a clan of like-minded dragons who have moved in to live in a community that they can thrive in.
