'By moonshine do the green sour ringlets make,
Whereof the ewe not bites, and you whose pastime
Is to make midnight mushrooms, that rejoice
To hear the solemn curfew; by whose aid,
Weak masters though ye be, I have bedimm’d
The noontide sun, call’d forth the mutinous winds,
And ‘twixt the green sea and the azured vault
Set roaring war'
The Tempest (V.I)
'— must always must—
mind-caring, along the ocean’s windings,
stirring rime-chill seas, hands as oars
many long whiles, treading the tracks of exile—
the way of the world an open book always'
Hostetter's translation of The Wanderer
Deep along the jagged coastline, amidst crashing waves and thick sea air, sits a rickety lair— the home of the Mariners, a small fishing clan founded by exiles. They make their home in the salt-sprayed caverns and crags on the coast of Churnscar Wharf, and spend their days fishing and scavenging.
Whilst fairly insular, they frequently take in exiles and travellers, knowing the pain of being so far from their kin, and provide for them as much as they can. Their sense of community reaches beyond providing food and shelter, though, with an artistic spirit running through the clan— performances of plays and readings of poetry upon wobbling, makeshift stages are a frequent occurrence.
'how I, wretched and sorrowful,
on the ice-cold sea
dwelt for a winter
in the paths of exile'
The Seafarer

aye! santa clarita diet fan! that's really cool to see. I've been meaning to get a Shelia and Joel but I havn't found any dragons that work. I know they'll be a bogsneak and a obelisk respectively
Thank you for letting me adopt her, she’s beautiful! I’ll take good care of her, I saw that skin and knew it was perfect for her!
Thanks so much. I'm happy to give her a good home. :)
No problem! Glad you like the genes I used on him haha, I thought he would be perfect to pair with one of my other dragons :)
Oof! So pretty scries <3
Glad you like her! I'd love to see your plans for her if you don't mind :) As a G1 collector, I like seeing other people's projects.
