Tucked away in a remote part of the Snowsquall
Tundra at the base of the Cloudscrape Crags is the
homestead of The Harbingers. It is here that whis
pers of the dead and living bring wandering souls
together for the purpose of serving as harbingers
of the oncoming era. That being said, while ice is
the bonding agent of the clan, it does not have
final say.
