The Water Clan YAKUZA

In a flight where no deity is present, dragons have lost their faith in the mighty water clans and have chosen to hail a false god. Thought up by the boon hound October and disbeliever Snail Snot, they seek to utilize this phony prophecy of a grander being to their benefit and trick dragon after dragon into sacrificing themselves in the promise of a richer afterlife.

Through time, these terrible two dragons have gained the trust and indulgence of others, from war monger Socks to the benevolent beastclan sympathizer Majesty. With the support of dragons such as these, their cult has slowly begun to expand. All Hail the God of All Elements, Master of None, the God of Treasure!

At one time never to have imagined to do such villainous actions, this clan has begun swindling dragons from other lairs and even buying the lowliest and most unwanted from the dragon trade, all to eventually train and sacrifice them in the name of their deity. Through brainwashing, it makes dragons easier to slay when they are most willing to place themselves on the chopping block. Even members of this clan, at least those assigned to breeding duty, give up their feeblest young to be taught lie upon lie until the time of their death, soon as it may be. Dragons marked for this fate have whatever name they may have erased and are instead tagged as "EXALTED", only to be referred to as their ID code, a string of numbers burned into their minds as soon as they arrive to the cavern.

It is not to say that those who are brought to such misery are truly miserable. Thanks to the brainwashing they experience, they believe the quality of life they receive is optimal, and they live in such a way in the hopes such humbleness will bestow them with a blessed afterlife. A stranger would surely agree that they seem to be in a sort of deep, unwavering trance.

The members and supporters of this clan prosper from this treachery, and are happy to lend a blind eye whenever necessary. The EXALTED ones leave treasure up to the God of Treasure, and when they are slain have their belongings "donated" to their false deity. This is all divided between the members and supporters of the group, something certainly kept hush-hush!
