Dragons under the For Sale tab are for sale (duh.) Dragons matched with a familiar are permanent members of the lair and will not be up for sale for whatever amount. You may very likely be able to purchase an identical hatchling from my hatchery, though :)

There is a possibility that I will exalt your dragons if I bought them at fodder price
(If you don't want your dragons exalted, don't sell them at fodder price!)
