THICKET HAVEN
Thicket Haven was established by Frolyir, its Matriarch, a Guardian who left her childhood home to establish a clan, her charge.
Thicket Haven's numbers have grown slowly. Some incubated eggs are hatched and brought up, but most dragons were originally from other clans, even from many other flights. Outcasts and misfits can find a home at Thicket Haven, regardless of flight, ability, or past - that is why it was established.
Due to the high percentage of outlaws, vulnerable dragons, and dragons that those outside Thicket Haven bear grudges against, attacks and raids on the Haven are regular. The Haven has made peace with several beastclans, such as the Dyrads and Longnecks, who often warn them if another clan or individual is planning to attack Thicket Haven.
Originally forced to fight for space at the very edges of the Gladekeeper's domain, as the clan's strength and confidence has grown, Thicket Haven has moved inward, ever guarded by trees. Now, to attack it from one side, a treacherous swamp with hidden paths must be crossed.
