GLR + Mire - Ghire Gorer - 2 Fodder

Mire - Mire Mauler - 2 Fodder

GLR - Ruin Wrecker - 2 Fodder Trainer

CP + HR + GLR - Ghysty Guiler - 2 Fodder

Harpy's Roost - Roost Rustler - 2 Fodder Trainer

Assuming I did my math right, Ambush vs Discipline stone counts are most optimal for gaining breath in the following situation
* 2 Ambushes are best if you use Meditate 4 or less times per battle
* 1 Ambush + 1 Discipline is best if you use Meditate 4-7 times per battle
* 2 Discipline is best if you use Meditate 7 or more times per battle

However, this is optimal for gaining breath, but not all builds/preferences need that to be optimal. If you want to use a support mage to buff your fighter, then 2x Ambush is probably the best option; if you only want the mage to get turns every few battles, then maybe you give it low Qck and 2x Discipline so you can Haste it when you need to heal
