The dragons of Bold City reside here.
The city lies on a deserted wasteland: the scrums of Lightning territory that borders Water. Based on the 1920s american era. In my lair, there is a City, outskirts of that city, an island out in a watery area, as well as ruins of a monastery out on that island. Occasionally the city is visited by a mysterious airship powered by wind and lightning magics...
