CyanRoseSpirit's Clan

(Hiya!! I'm CyanRose/SpiritedandLoyal, but you can just call me Cyan or Spirit for short. Slowly making my way through writing lore and always open to hatchling letters!!)

Nestled inside the Everbloom Gardens, this clan home originally consisted of little more than a taller tree than most in the area with nests scattered among the branches and the roots, flowers filling the space around.

However, just as the clan's small population began to flourish alongside the land's lush, accelerated growth, the Bounty of the Elements brought a new surprise to their home. A smaller floating island, likely from somewhere along the border of the Windswept Plateau and the Starfall Isles and swept along by the newly pronounced elemental forces, had settled in place over their lovely tree. Upon investigation, the dragons discovered that the roots trailing from the island's rich soil had become entangled with the top branches the the tree and were now firmly entwined.

Today, the clan's home is a display of chance, adaptation and cooperation, reflecting the inhabitants. The floating island itself is cradled by the tallest branches of the tree like an egg perched in a nest. The island is topped with carefully tended gardens and dotted with young trees and rocks. Even more flowers spill out of pots and terraces tucked between the tree's branches. Many of the lairs have been built in the upper layers of the tree, rising branches and descending roots woven together into dens nearly invisible among the foliage. Dotted here and there on large branches are glimmering amber homes of the clan's many fae. Other dragons have made their lairs inside and occasionally atop the floating island as well.

Others, namely more landlocked species, have made their homes at the base of the tree and beneath its mighty roots, with a few more solitary dragons in the general area. The land surrounding the tree is typically filled with flowers, undergrowth and more trees. The presence of several boulders points the way to the nearby river almost as surely as the sound of rushing water and the hum of insects. The air is sweet with the scent of flowers and rain and growing things. A few streaks of sunlight dapple the ground and warm you with their touch. It is peaceful and alive all at once, and you feel welcome here.
