Welcome to the Luminescent Eclipse Library, simply called "Luminescence" for short, where the keepers dedicate themselves to preserving books already known and writing new ones.

Each dragon of this library is a keeper, a keeper that writes, reads, and restores books of their preferred subject.

You don’t remember much, but there is a faint memory of a monster attack flashing in the back of your mind. You stand up, confused, to find yourself in the middle of the most magnificent library you’ve ever seen, with gilded archways and shelves that sparkle in the light. The walls are lined with bookshelves, each one made of dark wood and has intricate carvings of symbols and different tongues. There is a sudden cramp in your leg, so you decide to lean against one of the many marble pillars. As you look up at the pillars, you see the sun setting through an enormous stained-glass window of the Sunbeam Ruins; as the sun sets the light reflects off of the colors on the window, leaving splotches of colored light on the floor. The ceiling has a beautifully painted picture of the light weaver, and as you look up at it you see that there is a second floor of the library as well.
You marvel at the beauty of this place, absorbing the glow. There’s something about it that makes you feel safe and calm, but you can’t quite put your finger on it. The leg cramp has gone away, so you decide to walk around. You shuffle across the wood floor and pass by bookshelf after bookshelf, still curious as to how you got here.
You turn the corner, surprised, to see a Fae dragon searching for something on the shelves. She doesn’t notice you for awhile, as she is searching for something, but she eventually turned around and her gold wings popped out is surprise. “Oh, you're awake!” she giggled, “Here, follow me, I’ll explain on the way.” You’re reluctant to go, but follow anyways. "So, I'm assuming you’re wondering why you're here, and where you are. Well, this is Luminescent eclipse library. Here we dedicate ourselves to the perseverance of our books and our love for writing them. By the way, my name is Prism, I’m the head of the library." You keep following her until she comes to a rather small door. It is quite simple, compared to the rest of the library.
Prism pushes it open and you walk in the find yourself in another beautiful part of the library, although it is not as large and there are more desks, chairs and tables. You glance around the room, to see that all of the bookshelves form a circle in the middle of the room, and each shelf is not completely filled like the other room. The bookshelves are pretty close together, but there seems to be a few dragons sitting around a table behind them. "This is where we write our books and is our general area of work," Prism said, "All the books on the shelves are the unfinished ones that aren't ready to go in the library yet."
You’re still confused about how you got here, so you decide to ask her. She seems very apologetic that she forgot to explain as soon as you woke up. "Our outside-flight researchers, Akonio and Vaizel, were out on their two week long research trip, when they found you passed out and pretty beaten up. They didn't want to just leave you there, so they decided to bring you back here until you woke up. You were out for about a few hours after they got back, and… now we’re here!” You nod your head, and turn back to the bookshelves in the middle. Yep, there’s definitely a group of dragons there. You turn around again to ask Prism who they are, but she seems to have disappeared. Shrugging it off, you decide to go investigate yourself. You fly over the top of the bookshelves to see a sparkly golden imperial, a glimmering pink and white fae, and a white nocturne with cream-colored spines, all looking down at a few different scrolls.
You bid them a small hello and they all jump in surprise. The fae and nocturne seem a little relieved, but the poor imperial still seemed startled. “Oh, it’s just you!” The fae said, catching his breath, “I thought you were a burglar or something.” The imperial still looked confused. “Um, care to explain? Akonio? Vaizel?” she said. “This is the dragon we were telling you about that we found passed out? Remember?” “Oh, right.” JUst as you tried to open your mouth to speak, Prism came back and caught you by surprise. “Oh! I’ve see you’ve met Akonio, Vaizel, and Corona!” Each dragon waved as she said their name. First it was the fae, then the nocturne, then the imperial. “So, I brought your stuff. You had two satchels with you, and this map.” She hands your stuff back to you with a cheery smile. “I hope you have fun wherever you’re going!” Vaizel said.
It ended as soon as it happened; You thank all the dragons for their hospitality as you walk back into the main room, which actually has dragons in it now. As you stand in at the huge, silver and gold entrance, you say goodbye to the dragons and exchange a few words. Prism hands you a scroll labeled ‘Luminescent Eclipse Library.’ She insists that you take it just in case you decide to come back. You take off, and as you fly away Corona’s shouts could be heard. “Don’t forget, you can come back anytime!”
You stare off into the rising sun and smile, knowing one day you will return.

You need to save your skin submission as a png, then upload the PSD to a website like imgur.com - then after it's uploaded, it should give you the BBcode to copy and paste into the thread to properly submit your skin. :)

If you look in the news post, it says you can get 1 Prismatic Token from Joxar's Spare Inventory, and brew them at Baldwin's (lvl 16) with a 4 day brew time.
