“To stand inside of the Starwood at night is to be embraced by an infinite universe.” You have heard rumors of a mysterious purple haze that has started lingering over the Starwood Strand. Being the spunky adventurer you are, you decide some exploring is in order! Bothersome “Do Not Enter” signs attempt to suppress your inner Indiana Jones, but you press on bravely. However, as soon as you enter the Starwood, clouds of purple smoke envelope you and your vision quickly fades to black. |

__________________________________________˗ ˋˏ❤ˎˊ ˗ When you wake up, this new world is immediately blinding. It both nullifies and heightens your senses. The twinkling glow of lanterns surpass even the starlight above you. They drift leisurely in the air, existing in a space free from the world's usual worries. One happens to pass your eye and you can't help but laugh at the earnest wish written on its surface: "In the future, I hope you work less and notice me more!" A sudden burst of cheers interrupts your thoughts and you turn to find a crowd of people gathered around a single spot. A petite dancer shows off her charm and grace to the excited audience. Her movements are swift and beautiful as the pink silk ribbons weave easily around her lovely figure, occasionally teasing wide-eyed children. When she catches your gaze, your breath stills and your heart seems to stop. This moment only lasts a precious second but you find yourself unable to tear your eyes away. Only the sound of enthusiastic clapping wakes you from your daze and, before you know it, the dancer disappears, leaving behind only wisps of lavender smoke... __________________________________________˗ ˋˏ❤ˎˊ ˗ |
