founded on the opening day of flight rising, with progens icara and galtan. they have gathered a clan to watch the stars, chart their movements, and study magic. while the clan has fighters, they hold to a code of pacifism and never resort to violence until all other options are exhausted.

in the wake of the elemental crisis, one intrepid dragon sought to head out to the astrolodome and gather more info... only to find some weird feral soothseers in a cave. who then prophesized that he would start his own clan, one that needs not hide behind a shield wall, one that moves with the elements and learns to combat them. one that embraces the ancient ways...
