A strange corruption started to spread across the land followed by creatures never seen before. It defiled everything they touch. It drowned even the brightest light.
At nightfall the first portal opened. Enormous wings darkened the sky accompanied by a twisted roar. The first Voidborne dragon emerged from the Void, cursed by endless hunger. Soon after other dragons emerged, beautiful and savage, small and immense. After them came their hatchlings once their new territory was secured.
