When Legend came of age in the Starfall Isles, he couldn't help but go back to his roots and delved into his love for gold. While experimenting with it's magic properties, he realized that the gold possessed a magic that the local Arcanites were lacking. He used his knowledge and natural ambition to open up a trading post for gold and educate his fellow citizens on the magical properties that it contained. Soon dragons were flying in from all over, eager to see this newfound magic. As demand for the element grew, so did the local population. Before long Legend was the founder of a town called Auron that quickly grew into a bustling city.

Several years after it's founding, the Ancients felt as though they were out of place. Something about Auron just didn't quite feel like home to them. The moderns often scoffed at them, considering them to be the lowlifes of the city even if they were in high standing economically or in the top neighborhoods. After having enough of it, the Ancients met up one night and decided to leave together. Claw in claw they flew across Sornieth to the Sunbeam Ruins to start their own humble village.
