It was a harsh journey through the Starwood Strand, but you have finally found yourself at a large cave. The entrance is dotted with glimmering gemstones, imbued with powerful arcane magic. A fae putters about nearby. Although it seems like he once had a purpose examining the gemstones, he has clearly forgotten it. It isn't long before he spots you.

He observes you for a moment - probably looking for weapons or ill-intent - before he addresses you. "...Whatever your business is, you'll have to wait for assistance from someone else. I'm only a book keeper. Silk should be with you shortly." Suddenly, all of his frills raise up, except for his bottom front frill, which lowers. His voice remains emotionless. "While you are visiting, please refrain from touching the gemstones in the caves."

The fae goes back to his business, burying his head in a tome he is carrying, while you wait. Inside the tome, you see an image of some of the gems. Clearly, whatever he is doing has something to do with the gemstones scattered around the cave entrance...

It isn't long before a large guardian steps out of the cave and into the light. She looks over at the fae, expecting an explanation, but she doesn't get one. So she turns her attention back to you.

"You must be the visitor we have been expecting... I am Silk, the clan leader. Our messengers didn't make it quite clear what your business with us was... Care to step into our lair while we speak?" You accept her offer, and Silk leads you inside the cool, sheltered cave. Your path is lit by the same glimmering gemstones which dotted the entrance.

Silk pauses as the path breaks into multiple directions and turns her head to look at you. Thankfully, the gemstones' light allows you to read her expression. She is curious of you. The Kunzite Clan does not get many visitors, after all.

"Tell me, what was it you needed from us? Our clan is at your service."
