RIMEFLOWER
Leader: Clinton
A small wandering offshoot of the Frostflower Tribe in the Cloudscrape Crags. They are friendly and have a habit of adopting "strays". Despite their connection to the Ice Warden, they're sworn to Shadowbinder, and travel through the whole of the known world seeking new experiences and places.

Friendliness notwithstanding, they are a fierce tribe, descended (in actuality or in spirit) from warriors from the harsh lands of the Icefield. They are not afraid to start - or finish - a fight if it's warranted.

HAWK'S EYE CIRCUS
Ringmaster: Clint
Mostly made up of members of Rimeflower, and tied to Rimeflower's travel and survival. A madcap romp of flash and wonder, and happy to pick up stories and strays as they go.

Any member of Rimeflower who is part of the circus can use their skills (performance or otherwise) in two ways - to perform or to battle. Outsiders who join the circus are quickly taught to use their skills as a weapon or defense, as the circus travels many dangerous roads.

CLAN TERRITORY
Being nomadic, there isn't any one place that the Rimeflower can be found (though they will always call the Frostflower territory "home"). But there are some things that are consistent no matter where you find them.

A collection of tents and wagons, ringed to protect the more vulnerable of the clan in the center, with the protectors outside, and a large open area in the center for gathering, cooking, eating, and socializing. Furs and cushions scattered everywhere, and the occasional clutch of eggs being carefully watched over by anyone who has some time.

Just a short flight away, but never too close, you'll find the tents of the Hawk's Eye Circus - the large main tent that can house even imperials in the audience. The tents and collapsable booths of smaller entertainments like the animal show and the fortune tellers. The circus grounds are always watched over by at least a couple guards between shows, and the performers who aren't part of the Rimeflower generally have their tents or wagons here.
