The Nemetic Swarm
The cavern's mouth looms before you, desolate and unwelcoming. You don't remember quite why you are here to begin with. Perhaps it was a matter of business between your clan and the residents of this... whatever this is. You approach. The wind and your steps kick up billowy clouds of sand. They drift then disperse in the heat.
Now you stand at the very entrance of the cavern. Peering inside, only darkness appears to greet you. Then, it comes. A low murmur, surging into an uproar. A cacophony of sounds smacks you, a dizzying disharmony accompanied by an undertone of buzzing. You stumble back, skidding on the harsh grains of sand.
Bang!
White illuminates your vision, leaving you to blink away the spots swimming before your eyes. When you can finally see at least a few inches in front of you, the realization hits that you are not alone. Numerous bright eyes glare at you from the abyss.
What do you want? a voice hisses.

About The Swarm:
The Nemetic Swarm is a clan whose members are bound together through unfortunate circumstances. Residing in the Carrion Canyon, the Swarm pursues various scientific exploits which may be occasionally considered less than ethical, and is willing to provide services on the side for funding. Beyond this, the Swarm tends to keep to itself, and their neighbors do their best to ignore any disturbing noises from the Swarm's cavern dwellings.
Some members of the Swarm have bios. Their quality is variable and subject to much editing in the future.

About Me:
I'm not an especially social person, so I find it a bit hard to communicate with others. Writing has been a hobby of mine for a long time. However, I'm starting to find it hard to dedicate time to writing and my skills have been immensely impacted by the lack of time I've spent improving them. I do enjoy roleplaying and tend to use that as my best means of connecting with other people.
Despite the aforementioned, I am open to chatting with anyone who wants to. ^_^
