You stumble into an open stretch of sea, bordered by the lands of Arcane, Plague, Wind, and Ice. You fly for a few lengths peacefully, until something catches the corner of your eye. A group of specks in the sky fly higher than you ever thought possible. You stretch your wings, trying to reach them, but you quickly grow tired due to the height. Just as you are about to give up and head for land, a warm gust of wind rushes underneath you and boosts you high into the sky. As you catch your breath, you realize they're dragons up here, flying with ease high in the sky, letting the network of currents guide them. Kites of all shapes and sizes surround them, and in the middle, a vibrant ship made of kites that you're pretty sure is using magic to stay afloat. As you draw near, you land on the bow of the ship and are greeted by a small voice:
"Welcome to the S.S Cirrus Kites"

You look around but see nothing. Where is this voice coming from?
