Among the great crags of stone that surround the Quarantine Zones, a sprawling city thrives. At its back, a mountainous spire of dark earth rises, beckoning weary travelers on the wing to light at its feet and take shelter in its deeply bored hollows.

Take heart- you have arrived in a place of safety amongst the rot and fester. No danger can touch you here, so long as you obey the Laws of this land.

Clan Administration

Chaos is ruled mainly by a single Matriarch, with their mate acting in an advisory role. All the decisions of the clan are made by this Matriarch, though a wise queen employs the council of a board of trusted advisors in addition to her own whims and the words of her mate.

Territory Overview

Clan Chaos began many years ago as a small band of survivors scraping out a living in the southwestern most extent of the Wandering Contagion. Following conflicts with rival clans and attempted coups with the growing Chaos' owns ranks, the clan chose to undertake the largest migration in their history and to the Quarantine zones, where they discovered the great black spire they claimed as their Citadel. Immense hollowed passages burrow into its stone and deep beneath the earth, as though carved there by some great entities eons ago. The city, Kháospira, grew around its imposing shadow, and this clan now controls a territory many times the size of their old home.

Gardens flank the Citadel's northwestern flank, sunken into the lower levels of the city's tiers and hosting many plots of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as well as ornamental gardens and meditation spaces. A passage to the nursery opens here onto a network of paths and green spaces, giving little ones itching to feel the sun ample space for romping and stretching their little wings.

Streams of clear water flow here from their subterranean paths within the Citadel, giving dragons the chance to soak and cool off beneath the oppressive Wasteland sun. Pools of water mix in with the ever present oozing of elemental Contagion, too, however, so take care where you choose to cool off...
