The City An exclusive cavern haven, protected by a powerful guardianship of peace keepers. The City is known for it's history of fair charity and willingness to accept insignificant dragons. Citizens are sworn a permanent residency and granted all necessities and comfort, provided that they remain complacent with communal laws. Their society indulges itself in extreme wealth. Leadership is no longer accepting new members. The Outskirts The undocumented cave systems surrounding The City. An ever-growing maze of intricate tunnels and burrows carved by an obsessive Ridgeback. It's become a cesspool for vagrants, mostly. Occupants of this area aren't permitted to reside here, but the tunnels are too expansive to properly secure. The City's peace keepers still regularly patrol the property and will forcibly remove illegal inhabitants when found. The Outskirts has a reputation for some kind of sinister mystery. |
