Lot's of creatures have doubts or wishes, some time they can't fit the place where they live so as the wind fly away searching a place made for their mind.

Many dragon from the other flight usually spend some time in the Windswept Plateau, maybe is the warm breeze or the piece who surrounds the highland or just cause they tought it's a nice place for relax during their path but, other, chose to set up their new home in the region; some "chosen" hear the wind talk to them in a mistical moment like if many voices tell story from every coroner of the world.

This dragon now live under the same clan name, they'll gater this tales in the wind and remember them. Without their work this tale will be forgotten and lost in the ages
