on the furthest outskirts of the lightweaver's domain past the crumbling hewn city ruins lay a magical desert; this land skirts along the borders of the tidelord's domain just outside the tidal pools. it is said to find this clan, you have to stare outward towards where ocean and sand meet, and there, right in the crescent of the fading sunlight is where you'll find the wishtide.
