DallyDaydream's Clan

Welcome to Clan Daydream, part of the Wind Flight.

(This clan description is from before Daydream moved from the Cloudsong to Aergate, and needs updating!)

I'm Dally, the caretaker. This clan was founded by Sylpha and Tenzin; they and their descendants can be found at the topmost platform of the lair, the Faewind. Despite the founding line's diminutive size, they do see it as their responsibility to ensure the safety of every dragon in the Daydream Lair.

Throughout the rest of the lair, made up of lightweight reed discs pulled along by enchanted kites, are various clusters of clanmates.

The First Guard are composed of adoptees Sylpha took in early on, who then went on to have families of their own. Those among them who wish it are trained in the Colisseum to become the clan's defenders. They make their home on the Ringroad, a winding platform that encircles the others.

The Night Watch are nocturnal dragons who sleep down on the lowermost platform, the Shadefell, and defend the clan from danger after sundown. Coming from many different flights, they are mostly foundlings who treasure their windswept home and family.

On the Blossoming Meadow, a platform overgrown with magical plants and a bed of moss, live a small group of dragons who grew up in the Nature Flight. Though they still feel a deep connection to the Gladekeeper, and often volunteer for foraging runs down on the ground, they enjoy their new life above the clouds.

The largest platform, cluttered with myriad reed structures and leafy nests, is known simply as the Plaza, and houses the majority of Clan Daydream, as well as new arrivals who may later join one of the above factions. A number of them contribute to the clan by gathering food and materials.
