update: focus has now returned to clan catfish's peaceful life in their remote valley

Fire flight update: clan catfish completed their quest and safely returned home to nature. There are now sub clans in light, earth, and fire. These experiences in Fire are a chronicle of firesteel's adventures in service of the Flamecaller

Earth flight update: we are now journeying across the shattered plain towards our objective beneath the cairnstone rest. Dolores is leading the clan as she is the most experienced and knowledgeable earth dragon.

update: they recently established their new lair and shifted leadership over to Spica. now they must set to work on their great task.

now for my story:

Hello everyone! I love the outdoors but I work inside. I hike, fish, and explore any new place that is in reach. My favorite forests are hardwoods and my least are pine with the exception of some native trees. I grew up on a christmas tree farm so I have some knowledge of those too. Since the woods and my grandpa's lake were so close many of our activities involved them, resulting in happy memories there.

I was also in the Marine Corps Infantry so you will see a mix of farm and military culture in my dragons. Not really my intentions but it sorta comes out.

I also think that blue reef dragon snails are really cool.

clan backstory:

The clan led by Massanutten and Fog serves the Gladekeeper with the purpose of protecting all of nature from those that threaten it.

Their lair tucked away in a secluded valley surrounded by forested mountains is their home and mighty stronghold.

A dragon from each flight resides in their lair so that the clan is enlightened on every aspect of creation.

How it came to be:

After birth, Massanutten wandered the wide world searching for the best way to protect the sanctity of life. He came across a mountain valley isolated from the shadow, plague, and destruction that was a grave threat elsewhere. He decided to keep this valley and surrounding mountain forest healthy and strong. Since that day his stewardship has enabled the area to thrive and has attracted a mighty following of dragons, in addition to his own mate and offspring.
