The Legion lives in the Rotrock rim with the main goal of destroying the large Serthis clan living on the edge of the Plaguebringer's Wrymwound. They are open to members joining them, but anyone who wrongs even a single clan member incurs the wrath of the entire deadly clan.

The Emberglow Mercenaries are an ally and faction of the Legion. They accept treasure and gems for payment to take out anyone or anything a client wants. Although small, the Emberglow are extremely dangerous hunters.

The Circus Macabre is a travelling circus of horrors and dark magic, and yet another faction of the Legion. They filter new members to the legion by putting them to work in the circus, and those who are truly able, and willing, will dutifully complete their tasks.

The Cursed Court is a group of arcane shade-touched, with a few plague shade-touched. Dragons intent on controlling their destructive new abilities and supplying the legion with dark magic.
